ProAmpac introduces new KeepSafe mailers for e-commerce applications

Flexible packaging firm ProAmpac has introduced new integrated KeepSafe mailers for e-commerce applications.

KeepSafe mailers have been developed by using durable and coextruded polyethylene film, and holds capability to withstand punctures, tearing and water.

KeepSafe mailers, which deliver the secure closure and quality bag construction, are available in opaque film and up to 10-color flexographic printing variants.

Brand owners are provided with complete custom solutions for poly-mailer applications, including dual tape or resealable closures and anti-static release liner and perforations.

ProAmpac’s other e-commerce capabilities include one-sided and , poly-coated material for bubble mailers and multi-layer envelopes for durable and water-resistant applications.

ProAmpac CEO Greg Tucker said: “With the acquisition of PolyFirst, ProAmpac adds to our offerings material for automated cold seal technology and mailers on a roll for automated filling applications with heat-sealed closures.

ProAmpac is also providing a broad suite of vertically integrated lidding solutions for the customers.

The firm’s lidding solutions include extrusion and adhesive laminated roll stock lidding materials, clear and metalized films, clear non-forming lidding solutions and polyester die-cut lidding structures.
